By using lostconnectiontm.com or purchasing from Lost Connection™, you agree to the following terms.

All products are described as accurately as possible, but we may update or change items, prices, or availability at any time.

We accept all major credit cards and secure payment methods. Payments are processed safely; we don’t store card details.

All orders ship through UPS. Delivery times vary. We’re not responsible for shipping delays once your order is handed to the carrier.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Email kelz@lostconnectiontm.com to start a return. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

All logos, designs, and content belong to Lost Connection™ and can’t be copied or used without permission.

We’re not responsible for any damages from use of our site or products, except where required by law.
